W.G. Pearson Dining Hall
Our Dining Hall offers an array of options in an all-you-care-to-eat format. Join us for a tantalizing meal with your friends and enjoy our monthly specials like Fried Chicken Day every Wednesday.
In a hurry? We are now located in a temporary facility behind Childey Hall, during the extensive renovation of a new and improved W.G. Pearson Cafeteria.
Lunch and Dinner Dining Options:

Meals are prepared "Just in Time" right before your eyes! A chef individually prepares items such as stir-fry, sizzling salads, fajitas and more.
- Grill
The grill serves casual grill favorites such as hamburgers, fries and chicken sandwiches.
- Salad Bar
Our salad bar is hearty enough to make it a meal with an assortment of crisp greens, crunchy vegetables, seasonal fresh fruit, and savory dressings.
- Classic Line
Soul warming, stick-to-your ribs cooking such as macaroni and cheese, lasagna and fried chicken served with a creative and gourmet flair.
