Sodexo Catering does! Sure, we track the results and draw neat graphs and charts, but most importantly we read every card; starting with yours. We have found that our customers are a great source of information about how we can improve things, which is very important to our on-going effort of "Continuous Improvement."
Whenever possible, we use your comments to coach or compliment an employee, improve our service or implement new ideas. When you have something to say - good or bad - we listen.
